Media belah semua negara demokrasi & semi diktator. Media, polarisasi domestik, & intervensi asing menghancurkan Libya, mesir, Suria, dsb. Tahun 2023, Fox News jadi referensi 60% Republican. Sedangkan 50% Democrat nonton CNN.
Pola menghancurkan Indonesia pun sama. Amerika modalin media memperkuat bias. Memenjarkan rakyat di information silos.
Polarisasi comes straight from the media. Headline cinta konflik & rasa takut. Cerita sensasional bagus buat click tapi buruk bust kepercayaan. Media outlets mestinya memprioritaskan fairness dari sensationalism.
Something’s got to change. Ga quick fix. Tapi kita perlu melakukan sesuatu jika ingin stronger democracy dan little less drama.
Habitus konsumsi selective media menciptakan echo chambers di mana kita hanya mau dengar apa yang sudah kita yakinin.
Media berkontribusi menciptakan worst-case scenario--genocides and mass human rights abuses. Contohnya Holocaust, Rwanda, Bosnia, dan Mei 98. Saat dikontrol kartel liberal, extrimis, or powermongers
Media Antek Amerika; dehumanizing pemerintah. Klaim Prabowo-Gibran, RUU TNI, dan semua program pemerintah sedang menghancurkan Indonesia.
Mesin propaganda Nazi rilis strategi "mind-bombing" via radio, film, posters dan media pers. Bertubi-tubi seperti badai.
Mirip dengan kelakuan TEMPO dan media lain yang dimodalin George Soros. Setelah RUU TNI disyahkan, mereka sebar slogan "Welcome Junta Militer". Ndasssmu...!!
Indonesia memang lain. Berharap seperti Amerika tapi kartel obat bius, Hamas, dan Boko Haram tidak dikategorikan sebagai teroris grup. Ingin jadi seperti Jepang. Tapi cara hidupnya seperti Afganistan.
Engga mau niru sesuatu yang baik dari negara lain. Harga diri tinggi. Lain daripada yang lain. Deng Xiao Ping datang ke Singapore (noktah merah di atas peta) untuk belajar manage ekonomi.
Ada tiga opsi respon pemerintah mengatasi kejahatan media. Pertama, bredel toxic media. Konsekuensinya bisa boomerang. Media Pro Barat bisa mengumpulkan simpati.
Kedua, Hancurkan UU Pers. Masa ada satu profesi nyebar hate speech, hoax, fitnah, dan character assasination mala dilindungi UU Negara. Di mana adilnya.
Ketiga, bikin sebanyak mungki media pro pemerintah. Sekarang hampir semua media Anti Pemerintah. Ga ada balances. Media Pro Pemerintah harus Obyektif, independent, basic fakta, science base, & utmost goowill. Sehingga menjadi sumber informasi yang valid.
Pemerintah Prabowo-Gibran harus fokus menyelesaikan 1 program. Sambil menyelesaikan program lain secara bertahap. Jadi "Indonesia Baru" bisa dirasakan. Public trust semakin solid. Program penting itu adalah menangkap semua koruptor jahat.
